we had to do that with one of our baby kittens when we had her too. her mommy wouldn't even bite the sack thingy off her. we had to make her. my mom said not to have to much hope but me and my sis wouldn't listen and never gave up hope.the mommy wouldn't feed it so we had to bottle feed her. and at one point my sister and i give her cpr cuz she died. so we litterally brought her back from the dead.
