I did it by putting a parilyze potion on a small Hitpoint Arrow and aim it at his knee(So you don't kill him ofcourse) then I did just like in the video. I went up to half a Mil gold and joined the thieves guild so the 250,000 bounty went down to half but if you can surprise him it would be better. I didnt worry about that because it only adds 1 infamy point for the whole bit. Thanks!!

@BigK9359 you don't need too, just do the dark brotherhood quests until u have to go down into that lair and talk to Lucian Lachance and when ur done talking to him u should see potions on desks in the room, one of them is a paralise potion, u put it on ur dagger, slash dorian and right away pickpocket him and it works. Hope this helps :)

EVERYONE!!! To make this glitch MUCH better... Get him to hate you, then bribe him up to about 60, then get him to hate you again, then repeat. This way he gets lots of money in his pocket, and when you pick pocket him you get all that money back EVERY TIME you press A, so that improves this glitch sevenfold.. You can get as much gold as you give him, theres no limit to it, but if you get max disposition with him you can no longer bribe him

If your using a 360 I got an easy way for you , first clear system cahce and it will undo your updates so the old Dorian gold giltch will work , take your gold off him , save it then update it again then load your save done , message me if you need help this is rushed coz I'm on the iPhone
