erm according to the British Constitution the Monarchy prevents any extremists taking power therefore defending our freedom our Queen is not an absolute ruler and we still get to vote idiots into pariliament every 5 years so its hardly undemocratic.
In fact Sweden i believe was rated as the most democratic country in the world which is funnily enough a constitutional monarchy like us.
