Turn on or off the frame limiter to fix the bug in this mission as well as the one in Cesar Vialpando, and probably many other missions. Ive posted a video of myself screwing off on this mission, ui guess you could consider it payback for you gettign stuck in that door, it happened to me too.

Turn frame limiter on or off depending on what you have it set at. I had the same problem so in my case i had frame limiter turned off so I turned it on.
