  • I bet its great for people who are flexible, or who are giving birth (That part freaked me out a little bit :D ) But for me, a flexible as steel, 13 year old on her period, this wasn't very much help, although I definetly felt it when I got out of the pose xDD Thank you for trying to help me out :] Sorry I didn't find this helpful :] It's probally just flexibility is enisistent xD And please excuse my horrible spelling.

  • I have a question, how do you get your feet to remain flat? I was on my tippy toes, but I think it could have felt better if I could have got them to get down flat.

  • @titoferni29 It's difficult for those of us that rarely squat, but with practice you can discover your body's ability to assume this natural position.

  • Nice strong soothing presence. I like that you sometimes let the pause lengthen out.

    It's a shame there are these yoga parasites such as the commentator above, but that's the way of the world.
