@BrianWalker420 Hip hop is a culture....rap is an aspect of that culture so technicaly u listen to rap. No hate just sayin its a common misconception.
hip hops still pulsing underground where the public is unaware. its buried alive. those of us who love hip hop know that whats plays on the radio is just the surface, youve got to dig to find the living and breathing beauty. most are too lazy and prefer to just take what corporate america has to offer for its conveinence. not knowingly slowly being brainwashed into their superficial immoral way of living. theyre all about commercialism not hip hop.
ok hip hop is not dead at all and my favorite rappers are underground like benefit immortal and boot camp click but also in my top five is lil wayne and kid cudi i think its all dope shit i hate the radio lil wayne but if you listen to his mixtapes i think hes one of the best rappers alive
This is track is dope, Now and days every one is all into the beats and not what they lrycially have to say. For example Lil wayne i think killed hip hop himself
Lil wayne didn't ever kill hip hop, as he's never done any himself. Lil wayne did Pop. I'm the kind of guy that hates pop music, and loves hip hop, but I won't say a word about his shit as it's not my business. Hip hop ain't dead, because Ariano, East coast avengers, mf doom, wu tang killer beez, RZA, Brother ali, Aesop Rocks (If you consider it "Rap") and more of hem kids are still alive.
@Sh3pardMelody I really don't think he should be shot because of how he sounds which is unique and appreciated by many people, surely you can recognize a smart and dedicated artist when you hear one?
@Adam24i Are you me in the future? lol because I feel the same way and plus my name is adam too =P. But you're right its true how people now in days listen to just beats. I have friends in school and I ask them "why you like Lil Wayne and them?" and the first thing they say is " They got nice beats." Out of all my friends I only know one person that listens to underground rap like this. Money, beats, drugs, girls thats all I hear on the radio. What happened to the real shit back in the days?
