from seeing your 1st video, then jumping to the 6th one, i can see basically 100% improvement from the eczema on your face! yay! i bet you feel great. thanks for the tips
okay big problem for me. Ive got a specific spot underneath my nose the skin en between my lips and nose and around my mouth are constantly dry and cracked even when everywhere else is clear completely absolutely everything i touch it with burns. Have you had any spots like that that youve managed to clear up?
You're awesome.. I am suffering (crying). I just wanted to lend my few tips to all: 1) for itch, Witch hazel, yes, read all about it, I wet down gauze with it and wrap it around my affected calve with it; 2) keep up the vitamin C intake from raw fruits and veggies especially; 3) moisturize the heck out of it with fragrance free and the most minimum mysterious ingredients listed! I am improving everyday and have the upper hand yeah! Thank you so.
@nivsha also warm to warm/cool showers I use Aveeno for babies; dancing and lots of laughing. My friends and I do this to clean around our apartments we use natural ways to keep clean than all those chemicals. Look up happyhomemaker88 for really great tips ^_^
This might be a stupid question but..... When you apply the apple cider vinegar do u leave it or wash it off??? I really need to cure this and all this medicine these doctors are giving me are so harsh they said cortisone wasn't strong enough and I have to use triamcinolone acetonide which is super strong
@32100Jasmine well I would leave it in, the thing is that it smells so you might want to do it at night. If you wash it off, I would assume it would not be as active as letting it absorb in
hi jeff, i just want to share the story of my friend has a eczema too, he had it very bad. until one day his brother in law was accident he was a police man. he need a several bag of blood for his operation. then my friend donated his blood about 500cc. and guess what? hes eczema healed about 80% but he didnt change his lifestyle so it become worst again. maybe he has a dirty blood in his case. now i know how importance our health, changing lifestyle was the best!

your so hot! seriously you were even beautiful in your first video but its great that you were able to cure this and bring your confidence up. anyway your a huge inspiration. thank you!
I can't find the message button on your page, so i'm just going to send a comment to this video...So what i'm trying to say is, HELP ME. I just started getting eczema a few ago, I thought it was nothing, that it would go away but it didn't. IT SPREAD. It started with one little patch on my hand, and now it's spread to my chest and I can feel one on the side of my cheek forming I've gone to the doctors and they prescribed me hydrocortisone but you said it's bad for you! I don't know what to do.:(
I have had eczema every since i was a toddler. im 14 years old. i have it on the back of my knees, inside my elbows, on me feet, under my armpits. my arms and legs have patches of lighter and darker pigments of my skin. i'm half black and half white, im allergic to dogs and cats.
Hi, I don't have never had eczema before but last week I noticed some dry itchy patches on my leg and I think they are eczema their colour is a bit darker too. I swear by apple cider vinegar as I have used it before to cure my sever acne. It worked like magic on my face and I'm happy to know that it also cures eczema too thanks to u! I totally support natural remedies on any industrial treatment what so ever.
Thankyou for these videos, they are such a breath of fresh air. Im gonna take your advice and give the natural way a go. Ive tryed everything, hopefully this will work. Keep it up man, we need someone real out there :) peace xx
hey ive had eczema my whole life (22years) and its driven me craaaazy the whole time.
Ive tried every single cream and medicine from the dr's and they give me nothing but i quick fix. As ive gotten older ive had more and more problems with sneezing and wheezing and also with my kidneys. I honestly beleive that this is due to years and years of putting steriods and antibiotics and various other pills into my body.
It's winter and i just had one of the BIGGEST FLARE UP in my life. I've been a vegetarian for 1 month now and thing are looking down.
My symptoms is dry flaky skin (any where i scratch), itchy red spots mainly on my chest, i got some on my forehead and cheeks, and mainly on my joints is where up (neck, elbow, knee).
I'm not on any steroid cream for over 2 months, i think i still need help on the diet department i might start eating fish again. Just thanks man!
Alright i have Eczema i have only had it for 3 years, but in the last 2 years it has spread all over my body including my face. THIS IS FOR EVERYONE. Try 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide therapy. you can bath in it and injestt if you dilute it to a 3% solution just google it. and tea tree oil for baths as well amazon has all of this. look for the one minute cure book as well !! soo tree tea oil and 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide amazon it but get information on your own on google good luck
Hi Jeff :) I really appreciate what your video's have done for the ezcema plagued community.
My name's Farrah.
I have regular ezcema on my skin, typically where creases are (behind my knee) and stuff like that. I'm kind of really lucky it's regular and not acute .
It only comes back strong whenever I scratch,
the only time i ever scratch is when I'm stressed out.
and i'm scared to do the apple cider vinegar treatment because
I have eczema around my ear, neck, stomache, around my mouth. Its been there forever i tried so many creams. I cannot deal with it anymore! I had it forever and its not Milk since i stoped drinking i dont know what to do anymore!
20 plus years of major break outs on my hands, sometimes other areas. I'm doing some research and restricting my diet to all things safe. 3 day apple cleanse I'll start this week asap. I'm good at diet regiments, so changing up my diet again shouldn't be an issue. I have apple cider vinegar around and will probably try that. I'm pretty much at a red alert, this needs to stop. So I'm doing a cold turkey style diet change. Any DO EAT and DON'T EAT foods you know of would be helpful to know about.
fuck the creams!! Daliy regimen 1. water filtered 2. green tea (boiled water first)3.more water. this is my great start to the day gets my innflammation under control. My ? is where do we go from here lets make a daily regimen of excema fighting daily regimen, u r informed. What can we do daily in what order. Must be affordable..Power cures from nature very hard to find the right ones....aaah..Any way what are your most effective 10 items how do we take them?
so i'm 19 and iv had eczema my entire life and have used every steroid based cream prescribed on the planet i have it on all back arms legs, how expensive is all those oils and vinegar? also where can i get them.the only thing i know i am allergic to is animals that shed and anything with a scent or artificial coloring. i'm not really sure what foods i'm allergic to fyi to all girls out there who have been trying makeup. recently tried tart and i am actually not allergic so just a little tip !
Hey Jeff i have eczema on my scalp my face and my genitals and it has been going on for twelve years and 6 or 7 of the years i have been using the cortizone cream, and now it feels like its hardly even working. Anyways i see that you're against the cream, which is great!!! So please, i would like your feedback on a solution to my affected areas? I know your busy so meanwhile i will go off of your previous videos for now and see how that all works until then keep up the good work and God bless!!!
@NIGHTWATCHMAN907 message me and I will reply to you. Yes I am against the creams as they do provide a sense of security, but I hate how after the time has elapsed, the cream does not work and now your body is worse off. I will tell you look to foods to start. People see food as comfort but it is not meant to be that way. Food is medicine
@dontdropthatshit hey i have eczema and im not allergic to any thing i have it on my arms shoulders chest back and buttocks area i just brought the apple cider vinegar and olive oil today do i need anything else to cure my self. thanks
I can't believe it! I cut down on milk!!! awesome... I drink soy milk.
You look like you workout, what protein shake do you drink. I was wondering if you tried the gnc soy one... I want a soy protein without dairy.... I've tried many different ones but hmmm please help me out brahh I'm a veggetarian too..... please man .... thanks^^
@1shadowfang8 congrats, that's fantastic. I do workout, I have tried the gnc one and I was useful. I also drink soy milk and notice just as much improvement as well. There are many soy protein drinks out there. I really only know of the gnc brand. I know at vitamin world they have different types like Rice and egg protein drinks.
@1shadowfang8 if you use soy products, please only use certified organic, otherwise they will be loaded with hexane, g.m.o's, pesticides etc, all toxins. we need to reduce toxins. organic raw oats are a great source of protein, & adding some raisins & shredded coconut makes them taste good even with water.
Well I'm insulin resistant, allergic to wheat, rye, potato and some others... So I shouldn't have sugar in my diet, so I try to avoid it, but it is difficult when you live with other people who eat A LOT of crap... I tried the apple detox a few months ago, I got about 2 days into it and gave up, I'm sick of using cream that doesn't work, it has become ineffective (won't go away at all now)! So I hope to do this detox again, might even start it today! ;) Wish me luck!
For me, I have to get to a point where I want it gone, more than I want to be lazy about my health. Maybe the eczema will always be with me but I should first look at how I am living. Eliminate all the bad stuff, get more good stuff and exercise. These should go a long way to helping MOST chronic illness I think. Funny how people don't see the bad things they are doing to themselves.
I got eczema as an adult and I believe it came about by metal dust that got on my sweaty arm. I have had it bad a time or two but now it's always there but mild. Around my belt buckle and under my arms. I use to get it behind my leg and feet but that has not come back for a long time.
I really believe these outbreaks are a build up of bad things in my system, I smoke, I don't really exercise, I don't eat well or sleep well. I know I'm my own worse enemy.
@FreeMeFromG hey ive had eczema my whole life (im 22) and everything jeff is saying is spot on, finding out what your allergic to is so important.
About your belt buckle, altot of buttons on jeans, buckles ect contain nickle which is a known cause for contact eczema. Try painting the back of the buttons on your jeans and your belt buckles with clear nail varnish. This will create a barrier between them and your skin.
RAAAWWW FOOODDDSSS + apple cidar vinegar+fasting= no ANYTHING, just health :D About to get rid of some eczema that came up while because my body is detoxing, from where ever it can! lol Peace.
I bought apple cider vinegar about 2 weeks ago and drinking it didnt work BUT ive been applying it to my skin and it stings for a second and then the itching/pain goes away.
For the first time in a year i can stop with the steroid creams! The eczema got so bad on my face and neck i used to have to apply ice im not joking to stop it stinging so bad,
If it wernt for your video jeff i wouldnt of bought the vinegar. even tho i smell like vinegar the stuff works lolz. xxx
hi jeff , i really really need your help. . my 19 month old daughter been having severe eczema . it started off with blisters, now she has the blisters on her hands feet and her skin is peeling off like crazy. let me tell you i donot want to put steroid on her. can you tell me how u use the vinegar ? will it work to cure her blisters ? pls pls help .
@sunehaSheikhpura Raw food, coconut oil, apple cidar vinegar mostly little shots of it whenever. Look up various herbs that are good for it too. Milk thistle and dandelion leaf/root to clean the liver. Liver and kidney cleansing through raw foods and herbs is key.
@sunehaSheikhpura bathe your daughter in natural rock sea salt. also if you put some oats in a sock and have it in the bath you can gently rub it over her skin, its really soothing and moisturising. Try aveeno cream too, its very gentle and you should be able to get it from your doctor. x
1.I started to eat a lot of apples grapes and i feel really tired. Feel weak, Dizzy, sleepy. Is it normal?
2. Can I eat honey ? with bread sticks And i have to avoid Oats?
3. How often i have to eat because i almost always feel Tired and hungry.
4. And i feel like stone it hurts when i turn my neck to sides. Hope Im not gonna die because i work and i need strength while working from fruts its not that easy to get power? Hope i not become anorexia man?
i have it on my hands and its only mild and on my big toe, which is only pretty bad eczma, but i have found that soaking my hands and toe in warm salt water, make sure you use cooking salt, not regular salt, tt stops the itching, and the bubbles relax and dont look as angry.
I have eczema on my arms legs thighs and neck ! it hurts and itches soo bad! iv tried everything the doctor told me and it wont help. Plz tell me how to get rid of this nasty bumps all over =(
Hey jeff, ive had eczema on my face and neck now for nearly a year! Nothing works but steroid creams. I hardly use them on my face because i know had bad it is using it. Im going to buy some apple cider vinegar and eat allot of veggies, drink water and cut out chocolate and all that bad stuff thanks for the advice :) fingers crossed it will work. Btw your skin looks great.
I have eczema on my scalp, face, and genitals, I'm trying the 3 day apple fast and its working but I'm not quite sure how to find out which foods I'm allergic to. Any advice to find out? I read on a website that said to keep any type of meat out of my diet and to eat raw veggies and fruits only for a month. I'm wondering whats your response to that? and if you have any advice for me. Also I would like to know the exact vitamins I should take. Your videos inspire me to keep up the fight, thanks :]
@ItzDaTwiGGajD A great test to see what you are allergic to is the sensation. whenever you eat something you might feel hot, a rush, an itch, a sneeze, these are good identification into what you are allergic to. Common allergies in food are peanuts, diary, wheat, chocolate, sugar, soy.
@1shadowfang8 I have not tried it, I heard it got mixed reviews. It is worth a try. I am just advocating what some are doing to help them. I advocate food diet and healthy living.
@Marfece818 Sorry for not replying my youtube has been not sending me inboxes for my videos and I have a lot of people to respond to. In order for me to help your gf, I need some details. I need to know what she is eating. A proper diet is a great start. believe me food makes the differnece.
I'm pretty sure that in certain climates people eczema is either affected negatively or positively, me personally i live in Perth for ages, eczema was very minimal, but i moved to New Zealand and suddenly it flared. So if you have eczema just watch out for climate change, it should'nt affect much but brace for it. Hope this helps.
Sorry withch makes me sad to see her like that plz hit me up.if u like I can leave u my number so u can talk to her and cheer her up plz give her hope .. And thank u for ur vids jeff my god bless u jeff
I just stayed in India for 1 month and my eczema cleared up. It was smooth and it started to look like my other skin. Just as I arrived in cold, dark Denmark, my eczema came back and I'm now itching so much. I'm now sure that my eczema is related to the climate if not D vitamin. I'm thinking of buying D vitamin supplements tomorrow to see if that works and might be thinking of getting light therapy at my skin doctors clinic.
I dont know if my eczema is weather related or food related.Right when i reached India it start healing itself without any treatments. I have been eating al kind of food. I do itch but symptoms are very less. I start using my steroid cream the effect was amazing. my skin start clearing up .But when I am in detroit I use the same cream .I dont see any difference in my rashes. I will get my ACV tommorow.I am going to start using that will let u know the result. How often you take that?
My Eczema is really bad, And I feel uncomfortable when people talk about it.
Especially at school. Someone asks one question. Then somehow the teacher ends up saying
"Like Michael, he has eczema" I start to feel uncomfortable. Im in year 7. So half of the students are like, "eww" in their heads. I just know it. And then I start thinking.
If you die you won't have to think about these things. Because I tried Everything I could try.
Hi jeff I wrote comments on your Video# 5. I have really bad dry skin. My skin peels off crazy. Also non stop itching especially during nights. I eat a high sugar diet all the time. I am planning to cut down that. Also lately I have been itching crazy around my neck. tried cocnut oil didnt work. I use aveeno ezcema cream and cetaphil. gives me temporary relief. I went to india for couple months for treatment. It really worked. But once i came back it started again. Hope you could help me out
@detroitprince82 I am curious as to know what they did in India that worked. Well as you know if would be wise for you to eat more nutrient dense food such as watercress, broccoli and Kale. eat fruits such as blueberries, bananas and watermelon. really cut down on the sugar. I am happy to hear you are willing to try the vinegar.
3 years ago i put too much vitamin e cream on my nose and it cause a redness that does not go away....then i tried tea tree oil and it gets better.....then i put too much tea tree oil (undiluted) not know it can cause an allergic reaction....i left it on my nose for days!! my nose become red and swollen and its been 3 years it has not healed....i tried everything....also every time i eat cheese and nuts and oily food my nose becomes much worse! please help.....
Jeff, how much Apple Cider Vinegar do you drink in a day? And is there another detox as well besides the Apples you would recommend? Thank you so much for what you are doing bro...
Thanks Jeff....your videos are super helpful, thankyou sooo much. I've had eczema for 10 years and seeing the effects of years of cortisone use on my hands in particular, has forced me to look at other options i.e. eating raw and going the holistic route. One thing I was wondering is what do you now drink - alcohol wise if at all??? What is worst in terms of leading to flare ups? I think I may have an allergy to some wines?? Thanks again dude! :)
@eczemahealing thats good to hear bro. Well with alcohol, I have stopped drinking now, I do not feel the social pressure to get intoxicated anymore and I see if as an excuse for people to socialize. I would say beer is the worse probably as it has no nutrients and it has wheat in it. I heard red wine is the best to help with the blood, but yes look into what is flareing you up, if alcohol is the trigger, then just shy away from it. Vodka is basically just alcohol and water as well
I wanna try the coconut one. But everything else I have tried. Well, just didn't work for me.
And i'm starting to lose hope in getting rid of my eczema. I have it on my Arms. Like where the part bends. Sorry im not very good at explaining. My feet. My legs. Where the part bends aswell. And im allergic to; Fish, Peanuts, Pineapple ( Makes me itchy) and Kiwifruit.
Btw. My excema is kinda like well... Scabs. :/ Please help. =) Im 12, Age might help?
You have a pool? Swim in a pool, chlorine could help. Then dry off, moisterize and sit in the sun for 20 minutes, or how ever long you want. Just dont get sun burned. It should help clear the scars a little.
hey does anyone know any way to get rid of the scar that eczema can leave on darker skin tones? my eczema isnt angry and itchy anymore, its just left some hyperpigmentation scars
@XlHarmonize vitamin E concentrate creams there is a brand cocoa butter that deals with scarring and you can get normal everyday scar reducing creams in your local chemist/ pharmacy god bless everyone :)
EVERYBODY, Bathing in a luke warm tub of water with a CAP FULL of bleach is great; i specifically clorox. It tones down itching from eczema ALOT. Bathe for 10 minutes and it should help relive itching. If you have open wounds from itching (like me) it may sting and be kinda painful, but dont be bitch; it really helps. You shouldnt do this too much, not more than 3 times a week; it can cause your skin to get white and tan blotches ( idont have blocthes, its what i hear.) And i recommend moisteri
Hey Jeff, 80% of my back is covered with eczema, the insides of my knees and elbows, and some is starting on my neck, this has never happened before till early this year, it was a small rash on both my shoulders, now its close to covering my whole back, i'm allergic to seafood and haven't been eatting it for about a week now, I use QV cream (repair) but it doesnt seem to help
@EricTypeR OK, well your body is telling you it needs to repair, so listen to it. Look at your diet and see how you can improve on it. Look into immune system boosters such as Vitamins D, E,C, collidal silver, apple cider vinegar does wonders. I also bet you are stressed out, which leads to toxin behavior. Let your mind be at peace. Focus on the good things in your life. If you need more advice message me, these comment boxes are quite small.
@dontdropthatshit i have been taking omega 3 1000mg gels for the past few days and it helps. I cant use the apple cider vinegar cause apples make my skin REALLY itchy. My arms are really inflammed and itchy, and have no way to get rid of it. When i do scratch it, it leaks some type of liquid or the inflammation. The next day it comes back. I also found out im allergic to eggs and LOTS of things have traces of eggs in it. Ive been avoiding these things but eczema keeps fucking flaring up. My der

@klueless11 do a raw food diet, where u eat only organic fruits and vegatables, and nuts...nothing cooked... this is how you can cure this thing, and other diseases... just check raw food diet on the web or watch my vids
Hey thank you so much for the information & advice. Ive had eczema my whole life and ive been doing the whole doctor thing and nothing helped. I use aveeno lotion and aveeno foaming face wash and it works. My friend had eczema and her doctor gave her an ointment and it cured her eczema and she let me have the ointment and it really works. i use it on my face and it cures my eczema within three days. i am going to try coconut oil on my body. Thanks for the advice bout the diet. I will b using it.
Can you pleaseeee help me, I have some on my upper lip, and elbows, I was given protopic cream by my skin specialist, can you please give me a naturally remedy that is effective, my upper lip burns :(
my doctor misdiagnosed my eczema on my head saying it was a fungus and had me remove it daily with a comb. most painful experience of my life. i saw a dermatologist and he got me a scalp cream that cleared it in two days. months of pain could have been avoided.. the dermatologist changed my life, and i want to be a dermatologist so i can change other's lives as well!
hi Jeff, i have eczema on my eyelid and a patch onmy forhead, my doctor told me to use cortizone and i see no diffrence i agree with you it just masks the syptoms.
@eczematalk Have you looked into Omega 3s and vitamin E. Vitamin D helps out a lot too. eating apples helps the skin shine as well as drinking plenty of water. Apple Cider Vinegar is good aid for healthy looking skin. Honey is another good helper. Lastly try to consume less processed foods, and look at eating more fruits and veggies. hope this helps and more questions message me
Hi Jeff, this is the 1st time i've actually looked up things about eczema because now its come back i'm old enough to deal with it myself. I had severe eczema when i was a baby i had it on my cheeks, hands, legs, and arms, it gradually went away, not sure how. But now i;m 16yrs old and it's back :( its getting really bad im going to stop using the prescription things because there a pain & not helping me.
@MissEllisa Yes, stop the meds. The best health care is self care. This was said by dr. Fuhrman, a man I highly respect. The best course of action is how you eat. Clean up what you consume daily. Load your meals with veggies and fruits. You will not only feel better but you will be healthier.
JEFF so like i told u if cud web cam so u see the conditions of the skin and give me advices how we cud cure this email me 10.kelly@live.com ill be waitingggg
@shaddyboy195 sorry I do not have skyoe, please message me via youtube message.. I am debating on getting another email or spyke if I must, but I am trying to keep this organized on youtube. Go to messages and I will respond as fast as I can. If you want to upload pictures to show me I will look at them. I just want to help you as best as I can.
omg! u r such a smart person, keep it up. I have eczema too, now i'm 17 and it sucks. ;/ u r an inspiration! Love your videos! But i'm from Lithuania and i have no idea where to find apple cider vinegar u were talking about, so thats sad, but i will try to find it. Greetings!;)
Guys, you must find out what your allergic to. If you don't, it will not go away no matter what you do. You will go back and fourth with it looking like its going away, then it flares up or starts up on a new part of your body. Allergies can be food, spices, chemicals, detergents, drugs, soaps, perfumes and even the air you breathe, moldy or sweaty smelling places like a gym can flare you you up, fresh air is very important. Also perscription or over the counter meds can flare you up.
So I bought the apple cider vinegar and tried it a few days ago and....my eczema is so much better! I haven't had any blister outbreaks since then! I've also been keeping a food diary and noticed that maybe milk/ice cream has been causing my outbreaks. I've stopped consuming both and it seems to be clearing up. My hands are still kinda dry but I'm so glad I don't have the blisters!
@sn0wboardchick that's fantastic. and yes, food diary is always a great start to see what triggers the flare ups. I am glad to hear and yes dairy is a BIG trigger for many people.
Jeff u might remember me from b4 I said my mom won't buy the vinegar 4 me. Well I went to a store with my grandma and bought it myself. Can u tell me how I should take this. Byitself? Or is there another way to take it. I so excited to use this stuff instead of the othe apple cider vinegar I have. You have been a big help. I really appreciate it. U have given me hope to get rid of this stupid itchy stuff on my hands. At least it's not on my face anymore. Anyways please reply. Thx :)
@thechosengirl97 that's great. Yes you should take it three times a day. put about 1 tablespoon and half glass of water. I like to have some honey with it as well to really help the immune system. you're welcome and that's why I do it. Keep me updated and remember to try to eat healthy foods to help yourself in your journey.
Windows closed it gets worse. I used to put steroids on my arms and it actually kinda worked but i dont do it anymore. My eyes get dry and u can see the flakes. It gets syper dry above my upper lip
Well im guilty of eating subway twice a week and i enjoy any meat at home. I eat fish usually once evry othr day and i play basketball abt 3 hrs a day. I feel like if i stay indoor for the whole day with the winsow
Okay. So I'm 16 and I've had it since I was a baby. It didn't start getting really bad until I started puberty. The only thing that has shown positive effects for me is this steroid called fluocinonide (lidex). The dermatologist doesn't like me taking this though because it's so strong and I'm still young. And I just ran out, so my skin is getting really bad again-which is not good for my self-esteem. I'm running out of space so I'll continue it in another comment.
I know for a fact that I'm allergic to peanuts. I try to stay away from most other nuts. But I can eat almonds, soy beans, and hazelnuts just fine.
As for fish, I can eat tuna and salmon. As for any other allergies, they're mostly airborne allergies that I get in the fall and spring. And my eczema gets pretty bad at the beginning of spring and fall.
Ironically, I already have apple cider vinegar. Do you drink it with your tea or anything?
Hey man, I discovered your videos like maybe an hour ago and you've inspired me i've always had a mild case of eczema around my ears but in the last 5 years it spread to my scalp and boy thats depressing. It being on the scalp is the worse . I'm going to buy some AVC today and coconut oil. Do you still take those remedies or after you've cleared up have you just been eating well? also i was wondering what happens if you don't take the remedies will it comeback?
@LilJew96 my friend, what are you eating, what does your diet look like? that is always the starting point. Also how do you feel mentally, stay strong, I taught myself to stay positive and be happy whenever i can be. I will help you but I need you to to help me know what your life is like as to be assistance.
Hey i hav eczema since i was 7 i am 15 now and i hav it on back of my neck, arms and around eyes. Its been around my eyes and when it gets red i skip skool because its so embarrasing and its kinda light pink when not bad and its never completely gone. Also i didnt hav eczema on my arms since i was 13 then it came back this year and now it turned white. Mayb cuz of the tan i got but what r ur suggestions to get rid of the white spots and around my eyss? Also during the winter it gets bad but whe
Um I have had this for my whole life. At times it itches me. I have listened to you and started taking the apple cider vinegar. My mom won't by the one you recommend so I'm using a different one. Is it ok to use a different one. Also I see it's kind of going away. And I also have a wart. Do you know how to get rid of it. Please respond. ;)
@thechosengirl97 hmmm Let I prefer the one I recommend because of its organic qualitys and sometimes even if a label says "apple cider vinegar" it does not pact the same punch as the organic one. You have noticed results which is great, and yes apple cider vinegar can get rid of warts. it destroys bacteria and fungi in the body. my say is if it is working for you continue with it, if you notice it is not then get the organic (with the mother) apple cider vinegar.
honestly i think meat has something to do with it I am vegeterian now a its pretty much gone. This week there was nothing else to eat and my mom had chicken wings so I had to eat them and I noticed that the eczema came back so...
@QueenRocks191 Yes I am a vegetarian as well and have noticed a great difference in my health and energy. I am also more happy now. How long have you stopped eating meat. Also red meat is soooo bad, loaded with saturated fat and the hormones and bad energy
@sweetgirl94949 I drink it when I feel like I am getting a cold or on days that I need more energy. If you are asking me if I take it the same way as I use to then no. I use to drink it everyday, but now I drink it as a form of medicine, like taking vitamins.
I have eczema on my hands. I haven't used the apple cider vinegar yet but I really want to try it out and see if it helps. Not sure what exactly I'm allergic to, but I think I might be allergic to detergents. When I wash dishes without gloves my hands get crazy itchy and red. Then I start to get little blisters and then it starts to get dry and cracked. I've been using shea butter, vitamin E and only organic lotions that seem to help with the dryness but not with the itching/blisters. Pls help!
@sn0wboardchick sounds like dishydrotic ecezma. I get that sometimes. DEFINITELY wear gloves when you wash dishes and don't leave your hands wet for a long time. Get the moisturizng hand soaps, even better the sulfate/paraben free ones and DON'T use alchohol hand sanitizer ever! Keep away from irritants like soap until your hands heal. Get tested for cobalt/nickel allergy, it's been linked to dishydrotic. I notice mine gets worse when i eat chocolate or drink coffee. Good luck!
I have eczema on my arms and neck...I was putting cortizone on it for a while but I'm sure we all know that stuff doesn't work! I don't have the Braggs apple cider but I did have some regular apple cider so I attempted that and it just seemed to irritate it even more...I recently tried scrubbing oatmeal on it and it actually softened up the dry skin but I still have inflammation some days...I don't even know what triggers my eczema! How would I find that out?
from seeing your 1st video, then jumping to the 6th one, i can see basically 100% improvement from the eczema on your face! yay! i bet you feel great. thanks for the tips

This might be a stupid question but..... When you apply the apple cider vinegar do u leave it or wash it off??? I really need to cure this and all this medicine these doctors are giving me are so harsh they said cortisone wasn't strong enough and I have to use triamcinolone acetonide which is super strong
32100Jasmine 3 weeks ago
@32100Jasmine well I would leave it in, the thing is that it smells so you might want to do it at night. If you wash it off, I would assume it would not be as active as letting it absorb in
dontdropthatshit 3 weeks ago
@32100Jasmine Leave it but dilute it in water first. :)

hey ive had eczema my whole life (22years) and its driven me craaaazy the whole time.

Hi Jeff :) I really appreciate what your video's have done for the ezcema plagued community.
My name's Farrah.
I have regular ezcema on my skin, typically where creases are (behind my knee) and stuff like that. I'm kind of really lucky it's regular and not acute .
It only comes back strong whenever I scratch,
the only time i ever scratch is when I'm stressed out.
and i'm scared to do the apple cider vinegar treatment because
1) it looks like it's sting
2) it seems like it'd smell bad s:

20 plus years of major break outs on my hands, sometimes other areas. I'm doing some research and restricting my diet to all things safe. 3 day apple cleanse I'll start this week asap. I'm good at diet regiments, so changing up my diet again shouldn't be an issue. I have apple cider vinegar around and will probably try that. I'm pretty much at a red alert, this needs to stop. So I'm doing a cold turkey style diet change. Any DO EAT and DON'T EAT foods you know of would be helpful to know about.

swaggintothemaxx 3 months ago
@1shadowfang8 if you use soy products, please only use certified organic, otherwise they will be loaded with hexane, g.m.o's, pesticides etc, all toxins. we need to reduce toxins. organic raw oats are a great source of protein, & adding some raisins & shredded coconut makes them taste good even with water.

I think what you are doing is cool.
Good video man, thanks for this. Gives me hope.

FreeMeFromG 4 months ago
@FreeMeFromG hey ive had eczema my whole life (im 22) and everything jeff is saying is spot on, finding out what your allergic to is so important.
About your belt buckle, altot of buttons on jeans, buckles ect contain nickle which is a known cause for contact eczema. Try painting the back of the buttons on your jeans and your belt buckles with clear nail varnish. This will create a barrier between them and your skin.
I hope this helps :)

TheRiffShaman 4 months ago
@sunehaSheikhpura bathe your daughter in natural rock sea salt. also if you put some oats in a sock and have it in the bath you can gently rub it over her skin, its really soothing and moisturising. Try aveeno cream too, its very gentle and you should be able to get it from your doctor. x

Jeff, how much Apple Cider Vinegar do you drink in a day? And is there another detox as well besides the Apples you would recommend? Thank you so much for what you are doing bro...
RobbieThomasPM 7 months ago
Thanks Jeff....your videos are super helpful, thankyou sooo much. I've had eczema for 10 years and seeing the effects of years of cortisone use on my hands in particular, has forced me to look at other options i.e. eating raw and going the holistic route. One thing I was wondering is what do you now drink - alcohol wise if at all??? What is worst in terms of leading to flare ups? I think I may have an allergy to some wines?? Thanks again dude! :)
eczemahealing 7 months ago
@eczemahealing thats good to hear bro. Well with alcohol, I have stopped drinking now, I do not feel the social pressure to get intoxicated anymore and I see if as an excuse for people to socialize. I would say beer is the worse probably as it has no nutrients and it has wheat in it. I heard red wine is the best to help with the blood, but yes look into what is flareing you up, if alcohol is the trigger, then just shy away from it. Vodka is basically just alcohol and water as well

EricTypeR 7 months ago
@EricTypeR OK, well your body is telling you it needs to repair, so listen to it. Look at your diet and see how you can improve on it. Look into immune system boosters such as Vitamins D, E,C, collidal silver, apple cider vinegar does wonders. I also bet you are stressed out, which leads to toxin behavior. Let your mind be at peace. Focus on the good things in your life. If you need more advice message me, these comment boxes are quite small.

@EricTypeR DO NOT take doctor prescribed steroid creams. It will clear up the eczima for the first day but the next day it WILL BE TWICE AS BAD.

My der

I will b using it.

my doctor misdiagnosed my eczema on my head saying it was a fungus and had me remove it daily with a comb. most painful experience of my life. i saw a dermatologist and he got me a scalp cream that cleared it in two days. months of pain could have been avoided.. the dermatologist changed my life, and i want to be a dermatologist so i can change other's lives as well!

MissEllisa 8 months ago
@MissEllisa Yes, stop the meds. The best health care is self care. This was said by dr. Fuhrman, a man I highly respect. The best course of action is how you eat. Clean up what you consume daily. Load your meals with veggies and fruits. You will not only feel better but you will be healthier.

How do I put the honey into the water and vinegar if it just sinks to the bottom
thechosengirl97 8 months ago
@thechosengirl97 mix it with a spoon. yeah honey and apple cider vinegar, blend of great immune boosters.
dontdropthatshit 8 months ago

My hands are still kinda dry but I'm so glad I don't have the blisters!
sn0wboardchick 8 months ago
@sn0wboardchick that's fantastic. and yes, food diary is always a great start to see what triggers the flare ups. I am glad to hear and yes dairy is a BIG trigger for many people.
dontdropthatshit 8 months ago
Jeff u might remember me from b4 I said my mom won't buy the vinegar 4 me. Well I went to a store with my grandma and bought it myself. Can u tell me how I should take this. Byitself? Or is there another way to take it. I so excited to use this stuff instead of the othe apple cider vinegar I have. You have been a big help. I really appreciate it. U have given me hope to get rid of this stupid itchy stuff on my hands. At least it's not on my face anymore. Anyways please reply. Thx :)
thechosengirl97 8 months ago
@thechosengirl97 that's great. Yes you should take it three times a day. put about 1 tablespoon and half glass of water. I like to have some honey with it as well to really help the immune system. you're welcome and that's why I do it. Keep me updated and remember to try to eat healthy foods to help yourself in your journey.

LilJew96 8 months ago

@xXGeeknProud1225Xx
Do you drink it with your tea or anything?
xXGeeknProud1225Xx 8 months ago
Hey man, I discovered your videos like maybe an hour ago and you've inspired me i've always had a mild case of eczema around my ears but in the last 5 years it spread to my scalp and boy thats depressing. It being on the scalp is the worse . I'm going to buy some AVC today and coconut oil. Do you still take those remedies or after you've cleared up have you just been eating well? also i was wondering what happens if you don't take the remedies will it comeback?

LilJew96 8 months ago
Um I have had this for my whole life. At times it itches me. I have listened to you and started taking the apple cider vinegar. My mom won't by the one you recommend so I'm using a different one. Is it ok to use a different one. Also I see it's kind of going away. And I also have a wart. Do you know how to get rid of it. Please respond. ;)
thechosengirl97 8 months ago
@thechosengirl97 hmmm Let I prefer the one I recommend because of its organic qualitys and sometimes even if a label says "apple cider vinegar" it does not pact the same punch as the organic one. You have noticed results which is great, and yes apple cider vinegar can get rid of warts. it destroys bacteria and fungi in the body. my say is if it is working for you continue with it, if you notice it is not then get the organic (with the mother) apple cider vinegar.

honestly i think meat has something to do with it I am vegeterian now a its pretty much gone. This week there was nothing else to eat and my mom had chicken wings so I had to eat them and I noticed that the eczema came back so...

question: do you STILL drink and apply the apple cider even though your better now?
sweetgirl94949 8 months ago

Pls help!
sn0wboardchick 8 months ago
