  • Nice series Big J and Seth. Just spent the last hour eating and watching all five episodes. Truly motivating and gets the blood going brother! The only neggative part was when Seth said "Strongman Seth not included" . I had turkey meatballs and whole grain noodles coming out my nose and spit all over my lap top...epic...thanks a bunch guys!

  • Jay you know it does not matter that you were taking steroids ,because you are a professional and you knew what you are doing.The problem is when non professionals without the proper guidance and supervision begin to take them.And I have to mention that back in the day things were much more natty and clean than today.Most of the steroids out there are illegally made without the correct substances etc....

  • @01100111000 Getting leaner will help you see that area brother. Most back exercises will help bring that area into maturity. Keep training with INTENSITY.

Great series Big J, I am not competing, but have been following this routine just to switch things up and man my muscles feel a pump. I can't wait for the strength one because I never feel it as much in my muscles when I go real heavy and don't know why. Keep up the work brother I have been getting best results of my life since watching your vids.

    hey big J,

    I have been doing 4 sets of dumbel incline bench, 4sets of flat dumbell press, and decline barbell bench 4 sets. if adding incline fly would be good.

    and is this workout good for building mass. i try to go between 5 to 8 reps.

  • @ak47ava - if you're on drugs, thats fine.... if not, reduce your workload...... you dont need 12 sets to build chest..............

    Im assuming all sets taken to failure? - strip that down to 5-6 sets maximum

  • BigJ why would you do shrugs before deadlifts? because deadlifts are a more compound exercise that uses the traps. And if you did shrugs that might take away from your deadlift.

  • Both you and Strongman Seth were using different grips on the deadlifts, does grip approach stimulate different muscles in the back?

  • @mozilla1986 I use the double overhand grip more for my grip strength with lighter weight. Seth saw this comment earlier and will be responding whenever he gets a chance. Thanks for noticing brother.
