no the newest 2011 facebook profile is only available to developers right now.

@gamingguru01 right at the time I wrote that post it was only available if you went through as a developer but now FB is rolling it out in stages. Some have it and some don't. I like it though!

the other way to do it is to go to help center and then click on profile,there will be a red box that says learn about the new profile and click on learn and at the bottom it would show get the new profile.
