IF ET is so highly advanced what the hell are they doing crashing in a desert landscape outside an american airforce base....is it not strange they didnt crash in downtown manhatten saturday night..so helpful of ET to crash in a desert with nobody other than a few ranchers to see the debri of what was probably a nazi test flight of there own tech....lay a couple of hollywood dummies down next to craft create the ET coverstory...when you think about it the nazis had saucer craft thats a fact.

@RupertPupkinful There was something interesting happening in the desert and not in Manhattan. At the time of the crash, there were nuclear weaponsn tests being done there. It's been well documented their interests; UFO's seen around nuclear weapons sites and even shutting them down. It would have been hard to find a realistic hollywood latex dummy back in the 40's, but your opinion is respected.

When prodded, Hellyer's position on the subject of UFOs/extraterrestrials seems to be primarily based upon conjecture/extrapolation/hears­ay/personal opinion.

This is a far cry from the seeming certainty/insider 'knowingness' he expresses in his public speeches.

I'm not discounting the possible validity of, or existence of UFOs. I just wish he'd present more credible evidence. Otherwise, he's doing no more than what we all are doing - seeking the truth! He's just doing so via public forum.
