2. ULFA chairman has been jailed and majority of the movement is willing to join mainstream politics.

@sjjumani Who underwrites the claim for freedom of Kashmir is Pakistan. So as Pakistani I suppose u would not hide the fact that "freedom movement" in reality is a movement to join muslim Pakistan leaving hindu India. However this is a folly. Not everyone is willing to do so.

@sjjumani shias are not ready to join pakistan as they have seen what has happened to shias in azad kashmir( where some villages have a liteacy ratio of 3.3%). Same goes for ladakh. The call for liberation lies within the educated sunnis of srinagar. again not every sunni in kash mir is going with them, like jammu, which has always seen a hearty participation in elections. I believe today the freedfom fighters are a minority, about 40-45% of the population.
