@lilbig8543 haha, good question! I've had fairly crappy batteries in my transmitter, (el cheapo's) and they havent lasted long (3-5 weeks). I've since put in a duracell AAA and it's lasting a heck of a lot longer. That was a few weeks back now, and wont know until it goes flat next - naturally with alkaline batteries, the heavier they are the more charge they hold. Will get a few Eneloop AAA's next time these run out. Hope that helps.
Dear can you help how i connect this alarn so i make remote start engine? can not fine out where should i connect wire of alarm? Six-terminal engine starting plug connection have 6 wire Yellow Green Black-white Red Black-yellow Blue. regard styliz
I Bought the same alarm , and I have a problem with remote start . It cranks the engine but it doesn`t starts, it does that 3 times then stops. so what I found that I need my ACC which powers the radio etc. to be on but I don`t see a wire that I can connect this to. So Do I need to Use a relay or there is some beter simpler way to solve this problem. Cheers
With the two wires from the alarm to the ignition bit in the car, youve got the starter/crank wire connected make sure the other is to the "ON" position on the ignition.. (not the "accessories" position)
If you have that wiring already connected, make sure you've got the "sense" wire for the alarm wrapped around one of the spark plug leads.. its a bit they chose this method but works elegantly. If the sense wire isnt wrapped around, the alarm will assume it didnt start the car.
i have this on my motorcycle, fukin boss, i didnt use the remote start feature because u have to bypass fuses directly to the ECU, and that will disable the gear safety, so i just use it for alarm purpose
@audiocable i basically bought this for the two way feature, and for central locking. I was happy with the blips it made to the siren too, (previous alarms i've had in the past sounded horrible on the siren for disarm/arm).
Why have you got a bugatti starting up instead of that shitty 4X4 thing?

@TopGearrules because it sounds better then the shitty 4x4 thing's audio i had when i filmed.

@droo3556 and this in no way does any harm to your starter, or your computer???
lilbig8543 11 months ago
@lilbig8543 nope, it intercepts the wiring at the ignition barrel, and simulates the same as if you were using your key to start the car.
