I was at this concert. Remember it like yesterday. 1987.  College days for me. Hugh, hugh crowd at JFK Stadium Philly. Bullet the Blue Sky with the airplane, the kid who came up and could not play guitar, then Bruce in the encore. Joshua Tree tour. Awesome - gives me shivers just remembering that night.

U2 and Springsteen both have tremendous respect for each other. Bono inducted Bruce into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1999 and Springsteen inducted U2 in 2005. They are both great songwriters.
