sigh what does it matter? capcom is just another coperate money maker theres no pride in them. MH will always be a number one seller in japan so they wouldnt care what americans think of them. If we want there product we'd have to throw out more money for something we love onto another product we hate. smart move on a fat check in their pockets but not many customers will choose to follow. Its a risky move but theyve managed. mh1 will be the only true mh though. long live the hunt!

ffs capcom why don't you get off your lazy asses and make some new models, animations and sound effects for these games already, and stop recycling the same old shit over, over and god damn over again! You did it for Rathian and Rathalos but why does Plesioth still move as if its spine is made up of about 4 bones? Or the Menu, Item Use, Item Box, etc. SFX/ Every fucking character animation look and sound EXACTLY the same as they did in 2004? Don't ignore the small details, man! Make some changes

@DLOArceus Point a few out for me. And I didn't say anything about Plesioth's model, but his animations. I swear I watch this video over and again and I still think the only movements that don't look stiff and robotic are when it's underwater, but even then it's only a few. Jee, now that I think about it, some of those were just copy/pasted from existing monsters (ie double bite and charge). I know there have been little changes... like I noticed Plessy or any other monster really do that weird

@DLOArceus moonwalk-in-place when turning, and Tri and P3rd had their own Quest Clear music and Item Get jingle, but it's still just annoying to me when I see videos of "new" games like this to see and hear 80% or so of the same things. Changing smaller details more often would make it seem more like an actual new game, as opposed to me paying full price for what's essentially an expansion of a game I already own, you know? And seriously, those hunter animations are tired and need replacing.

After all these years of reusing the same voices, animations and sound effects throughout all their main series games, it would be a risk to start changing them now, after many fans are used to and comfortable with them. @chebert66 Yes you're right... well at least it's just the mainseries which is coming for nintendo consoles. As long as the portable series stays on sony handhelds I have nothing to complain :) But it's a bit sad. I'm not a grapics bitch but it bothers me a bit that they could have made tri on the PS3 instead of an console that have slightly improved PS2 graphics like the Wii. And it's the same with the 3DS... man, when is MHP3 finally hitting Europe? :D

And as for portable 3rd, ive accepted the "fact" that it wont be coming, but there are ways to still play it. that is if you want to dabble in hacking and what-not, like i did :D

@NigtMareZero You dont have to buy the Add on, the controllers without the Add on actually pretty good, you use the Touch screen to move the camera, and it works pretty well.
