You do have to look at it from the mechanic/killers point of view. Most of them (most) see the possibility that these cars have. They could do absolutely nothing about it. They couldnt take it home. If they refused to do it, there went their job. Once the car was signed over, there was no going back. They were doing what they had to.

Im a Ford guy now but that was better than most 350's under this stupid program. I think a lot of people had no idea what this retarded program consisted of. The amount of fuel and time it will cost to crush and destroy these will be more than what is gained. Plus there are cars on here that get better than 25 miles per gallon that are being destroyed. They should have put better restrictions on what qualified such as year, mileage, condition and value.
The best use of this program would have been to donate these or at least sell at very low prices to families and people who need them, that is what I call a stimulus. All this program did is cause more people to get into deeper debt by buying a new car they didn't need in the first place while wasting a perfectly good vehicle in the process.

Im a Ford guy now but that was better than most 350's under this stupid program. I think a lot of people had no idea what this retarded program consisted of. The amount of fuel and time it will cost to crush and destroy these will be more than what is gained. Plus there are cars on here that get better than 25 miles per gallon that are being destroyed. They should have put better restrictions on what qualified such as year, mileage, condition and value.

The best use of this program would have been to donate these or at least sell at very low prices to families and people who need them, that is what I call a stimulus. All this program did is cause more people to get into deeper debt by buying a new car they didn't need in the first place while wasting a perfectly good vehicle in the process.

Economies are built from people serving their fellow man. C4C pays them to NOT serve while punishing tax payers, who DID serve and now get nothing for it.
