what shake are you drinking in the morning? im pregnant with baby 2 only after my 1st baby was 5 months. so i really didn't get to lose the weight so is going to be a little hard when baby 2 comes in august.
@CoachJenniferSmith I finished my 11th workout yesterday. I thought I was not going to make it at first. I tried on a vest this morining that I couldn't even close a couple weeks ago when I wore it and I zipped it all the way to the top! I was so happy I almost cried. I need to ask you a question. I start my 3rd week of BBL tomorrow. Should I use weights and resistance bands with the High & Tight dvd even though it didn't say to use equipment?
@CoachJenniferSmith Yes girl, I have started and must admitt I kinda like it! i've done 6 workouts as of today and so far I fell good. Pray for me girlfriend cause I'm trying to get that apple bottom.........LMAO!!!!!!!!!
@townsj Hahaha!! BBL will make you sore in places you never even imagined before. I remember my inner thighs killing me for days!! You will see results within the first month.
Congratulations!! I definitely feel inspired... I have one question, I worked almost 12 hours a day and I usually not very energic - Do you think that p90x would be possible anyways? I started 2 times and I always drop it at the 2nd week :(
@DiegoHerD I am going to tell u truthfully, P90X is an AMAZING program BUT is time consuming and if you do not already have that regimine in your daily fitness I would say that P90X probably isn't the best program for u w/ ur schedule. NOW, there is also Power 90 which you should definitely consider if you like the idea of P90X but do not have the time. Power90 is only 30-40 minutes a night versus the 75-90 minutes a night with P90X. If u have any questions at all please feel free to message me!

@townsj That is awesome!! I love it!! If you can do the exercises with weights, Go For it!!! You will burn more calories and get leaner quicker!
