Medicines are mostly useless, Nutritional therapy more reliable. I've just done a degree in this and I can tell you that you are incorrect. Nutrition is a good step to help prevent some diseases, but it wont help you in a car crash, with heart defects or once a disease is present unless it is specifically caused by diet.
