I like how their 3rd and 4th lines are given specific assignments... shut down the other team with speed and check them and check them. Last year, too many players trying to do too much. Now they are given specific assignments. Limit Komisarek's ice time until or if he can find his game. At least he has 2 points, good for him. He hasn't played a lot of hockey due to injuries for the past 3 seasons. It's going to take him a lot of time.

@nonamebrand0 Komisarek is on pace for 82 assists. Unbelievable start to the season, i'm so happy about how energetic these new Leafs look. I think the only problem is that the third pairing, Komisarek and Gunnarsson, is a little underwhelming. But there are so many unexpected positives elsewhere that it doesn't matter. Like the second pairing. Can you believe how good Kaberle is looking out there? And Leafs fans wanted him traded?! Kaberle and SChenn look like an amazing second pairing.

much better performance tonite for the leafs all the d looked pretty solid for me , they throughly beat the sens. if not for leclaire it would have been 7-8 goals probably, but still i don't want to seem overconfifent it's only 2 games in but if the defence can play like that and if the forwards can get the ridiculous good forecheck going everynight the future look bright in leafnation, i think the biggest difference is jiggy the player aren't afraid to take chances knowing he's back there
