  • you could focus a little more on distinguishing the articulation in the second movement and some tuning issues....and no a very mature sound maybe it was the cam i dunno

  • This movement can be played even slower and rubato, especially the cadenza. I think the recording equipment makes the low notes sound off, but there is room for improvement with consistent tone over the whole range, and tuning. I hope this young player continues to play and improve, he certainly has potential.

  • the cadenza would be 10 times better if he didn't splat those lower notes. Beautiful tone though!

  • eh....

    intonation was bad throughout

find better spots to take a breath, the breaths are as much a part of the music as the actual music.

i couldnt hear and dynamic difference

    the cadenza was horrible honestly

  • key of Gb Major. I played this in college.

  • what key is this in?

  • It's too fast to make the music sing, which is why I give it to my early high schoolers...to learn the key, alternate positions, and to make something really sing. He plays it OK, but it doesn't really do anyting.

  • im playing this solo as a 9th grader and this helped me understand how it sounds
