@HyperionSc2 the chord progression is the same for all of these songs, they are not played in the same key, the chord progression is I V vi IV or tonic(major 1), dominate (major 5), sub-mediant (minor 6), Sub-dominate (major 4)

most humans can't automatically hear the difference in a key of the same tonality that is why songs can be played in many keys and they still sound the same.

they have taken all of these songs and put them in the same key making it possible to have smooth transitions
