Ino is actually said to be pretty strong and smart in the anime when she is about to fight Sakura. If Ino didnt still like Sakura as a close friend then she probably would have kicked her ass but her emotions got the best of her. INO BEATS SAKURA ANYDAY! SAKURA SUCKS! probably gonna be hated out... but later on, they sort of become equals. Like Ino decides to do healing like sakura. Ino is pretty strong as a child, but as she grows, i think she becomes slightly more normal. (like not as cool and skillful)

Its a bit funny thinking that Sakura ended their friendship because she felt competitive and treated Ino like she was totally inferior to her.....but when actually, all this time, Sakura has always respected and admired Ino and all she wanted was just to be like her. ^^ Kinda dramatic but a very nice twist to their friendship. i think ino is better. there's a reason why ino is all competive and bitchy, and it's all sakura's fault. did sakura notice how much it hurt ino to end their friendship? she didn't, because she puts sasuke before EVERYONE else, even someone who helped her so much- what a backstabber! ino is sweet and kindhearted deep down, but she doesn't want to give up and lose to sakura after all they went through so she hides it in order to be strong. she has a right to be fucking angry! go ino!!!
