Love it! Love the nails spiral, the big and long ramp, then mangle and the shovels drop. Kinda miss the little marbles and the motor sound but it is great nonetheless. You should find an idea to make this mechanisms a sellable toy: I would buy them.

Thought: Your dual pulley problem is easy to fix by placing an idler as one of the pulleys can be moved about 3/16 down from its current position.
