@ELSwellness - thanks very much for the video! I was wondering, you mentioned we could do 8-10 reps for these variations - what happens once we can do 10 of them (or 10 on each side) with ease? Can we increase the reps? How does the progression with these exercises work?
@MrJpinkuscic Jump it up to 15 or 20 per arm and see how that feels. You could also INCREASE the amount of time it takes to do each repetition, which is essentially increasing the time under tension. The longer each rep takes, and the more you concentrate on your form, the more benefit you get.
