The first 2 minutes cannot be Kobe. I can tell from the cars and trees. The title of this video should be just earthquake rather than Kobe earthquake.
I was in Kobe in 1997 a few years after the quake and was really surprised how fast they rebuilt the city. A true testament to the people of the wonderful city and their will to survive.
