@fr00bers Well celery does take more calories to digest than it takes in, it can help you loose fat. You would have to have a load of celery to have any adverse affects. If you eat like five sticks of celery whilst you are hungry instead of a snickers bar, it can help you loose body fat but only at a very slow rate so its OK. nothing wrong with white rice, my family is from india, we eat rice 2 sometimes 3 meals a day, our families have been eating like that for generations. brown rice is slower digesting carb, has more nutrients so is considered healthier. i will never lose my appetite for white rice
