This is Gringo style mole! It does not have authentic ingredients for real Mexican mole. Who knows, she made have made a new type of food like they sell at Taco Bell or something like that? To me it doesn't look appetizing. You are better off buying the mole in a jar called "Dona Maria" you just add the chicken broth and may add Mexican chocolate bar if you want it sweeter, at least all the ingredients for mole are already in the mix. Si no saben hacer mole compren "Dona Maria" enfrascado.
Found this vid very interesting...thanks for uploading this vid...sometimes is better to use canned products ... it's more practical...and easier..cooking should be a pleasant experience...
