Ouch...I ran the 55m hurdles in high school. Never "face planted" in a race and just twice in practice. The 300m and 400m hurdles are so low that you should never face plant. About the only time I would really conceive of that happening is in the home stretch when you are tired. Someone face planting near the start of a 300m or 400m hurdle race is...well...laughable. Clearly nobody in the rest of the race field has any running speed.

@ucahedgepeth i slightly agree with tennis, sadly its trueish... its not very hard for a girl to get a scholarship in most female sports due to the fact that when a girl stands out, she REALLY stands out and there is not much competition untill the college level and onward. i earned a fullride scholar ship to a division one college and its not easy, its still impressive to recieve a scholar ship. just it might not be easy for her to excell in college as she did high school.

@tennisrules621 The sports I play dont get scolarships even though they deserve them because they are far more physically demanding then those that do get them. (MMA, TaeKwonDo, boxing..etc) Believe me if they did I would have gotten one. In my experience girls can be just as athletic OBVIOUSLY there are physical differences but women are fantastic athletes I know A LOT of girls that would kick your ass buddy and dks are for bad kids get a real toon.

Ouch...I ran the 55m hurdles in high school. Never "face planted" in a race and just twice in practice. The 300m and 400m hurdles are so low that you should never face plant.
