I slouched sometimes as a teen and my mom would scream at me that I was going to be a hunchback. Yes, she did honestly believe that people became hunchbacks from occasional slouching. She was big on overreacting. If my hair got even a tiny bit longer than a crew cut she threatened to make me wear a hair ribbon. That's what these films do to you...make you too concerned with surface things.
My mother and grandmother stressed the importance of good posture since I could walk. I actually get comments about my good posture from time to time. I guess my mom and grandma watched this film!
Ahh, before 1960's Feministas came to power. In the bad old days, you could actually tell people "Maybe there's something wrong with you." Or "You need to do something." Now everything is nice, neat and politically correct.
I can just imagine the reaction of some kid in the 50's watching this who was already overly critical of their appearance or felt socially ostrisized. "Sometimes the kids laugh for no reason." (Implication: they're laughing at Adrelene.)

Having good posture is just as applicable today as it was back then. The kids today need to see these films. They might learn from them.

Mirror Adrelene isn't as good of an actress as real Adrelene, and that's too bad.

Adrelene sounds like a mix between an artificial sweetener and a paint thinner.
