Wow, what else can I say but thank you and yes I did learn quite a bit on that flight. When I asked if it was possible to land a 747 at Madeira I did not expect it in bad weather with an engine out! so with four good engines and good wx I should be able to make it. Thanks for doing the flight. While I think about it what airac do you have, mine is 805 which came with the PMDG as bought? I'll try to think of another less demanding flight :-)

@catmar1944 Sent you a PM as you have no doubt read. I like to surprise! You should, yes, but the final turn is very hard to judge when in 2D. I was trying to simply make a point, too, because a lot of videos on YT are of people showing off with great amazement how they can land a 747 on Madeira... I figured I'd take it a few steps further and do it properly! Good luck with your landing... maybe you could post a video response :)
