there are some draws out there aswell, calling and seeing a 3 flush or 4 to a straight on the river or another overcard hitting isnt quite as apealing. If he thinks he has the best hand now he might not think the same on the river.

@Semibrucelee That's what I thought too. Imo he transformed 88 into a bluff because Ivey could have 99-JJ, AK and air here and he doesn't have many Qs while PA has got all of them (the nuts ones at least).

It's only assumptions, but it makes a decent amount of sense.
