I'm 15 and just got mine out. It was actually a really easy process, they hooked me up to some machines and put me to sleep. And the pain meds they give you knock you out once you're at home haha.

Haha lucky, I just got my wisdom teeth yanked out, I was only under local anesthesia so I was awake the whole time. The Marine Corps isn't able to put us under. It only took about 40 minutes and they sent me walking back to the barracks.

Aaaah im going for surgery tomorrow and im getting something taken out and fixed down below haven't had any anesthetic before and im sooo nervous about it..

It wasn't so bad.. I got an injection anesthetic.

Its like your fainting and then waking up randomly (try watching a clock on the wall and see what time it is before you go under and then see it after the operation) lol

The side affects are the worst part of it and when it wears off because then pains come.

Fair bit of warning.. you might get constipation after the anesthetic because that's what i got. I couldn't go to the toilet for about 5 days..

Also if your worried about getting sick afterwards (like vomiting or nausea) you can ask the anesthetic specialist or person to give you a little bit extra to help with that.

Also after when you wake up your throat feels weird like you need to cough etc.

That's because they placed things inside your mouth so that's normal if you get that.

After the surgery, your arm which had the injections/needle in it will feel really weak so try not to lift anything with it.

I would've loved to go under general anesthesia for when I had my wisdom teeth pulled, but I still feared needles...so I was awake when I had my wisdom teeth out. I did have General Anesthesia when I had to undergo an outpatient procedure.

Sadly most people don't actually need their wisdom teeth out. In many clinics they simply take them out, always.

that movin sensation is you actually falling into the anesthesia or technically "acoma" it happened everytime with me and my 4 surgeries and the rain yep i heard it to i love ANESTHESIA which is why im goin to be one :d

i got an anesthetic today, and they put it in and i started getting REALLY dizzy i was laughing and laughing and then i just passed out.

When I woke up from a surgery, my head just kept going back and forth like side to side and I couldn't stop then the nurse got mad cuz I kept going back to sleep. She said I needed to stay awake :-/

When I got put under, the nurse was wheeling me to the operation room while I was slowly fading. I pointed out some man who was painting the hallway wall. Later I found out there was in fact no one painting the hallway wall.

I remember when I was getting my wisdom teeth pulled I remember I wanted to breathe in that anthesia so badly.

Also I wanted get it over with and they really drugged me out good.

And I was nervous about having wisdom tooth surgery and I wanted to be sedated right away.

And I was still druged out when they were done and I didn't come out of the anthesia until 6:00PM at home.

Some they come out of it right away some take a while to get out of it.

They should just give you the general anesthia by put the mask over your nose and having you count back from 5 then you would be fast asleep they should took you to operating room
