buy up some food, go to your innovatory, pick any of the food that you have, then it'll say "Give to Sonic ?/ Give to Chip?" i have the 360 version and thats how it works for 360 and ps3

You have to feed Chip certain foods from each country, I think, to get these videos, including some that Wentos sells. I know because I fed him pretty much everything once I had unlocked all the levels, but he didn't give me videos until I gave him some food from Wentos. So, if you've given him everything and still haven't gotten the videos, stalk Wentos.

I tried it, and it worked. When I went to Chun-nan fed him food and he gave it to me and I got the Chun-nan video, so do I have to go to Holoska and feed him their food? I am guessing. I think you could just record yourself doing the same thing as you did.
