@nenabunena This chemical reaction did not magically take place in his body. The anesthesia he was taking was a "drug" that is normally administered in a HOSPITAL to patients going under surgery. It's not as if the doctor forced this drug on him. It was mutual consent. You are right the doctor should have known better, but at the end of the day, the doctor was EMPLOYED by Michael. Heck he was even staying in the same house as him.
