How to fix sticky keys on a computer keyboard

all i know is if you spill a liquid on a laptop it should be fine if its water and if it doesnt go through to the mother board but if its milk or joice just remove the laptop keyboard and run the pard where you spilt the liquid under the tap than hair dry the keyboard after to prevent rust and/or corosion.

i spilled koolaid on my keyboard and tyed cleaning it with a wet rag woke up the next morning to use it and it was sticy so i washed it in my bath tub woke up the following morning its not sticky,BUT... it doesnt work at all (in case you wondering, m using on-screen keyboard to type)
