I gotta say that I've been pretty happy with musicians friend so far, but i'm to cheap to do anything besides standard. I must say though that Sweetwater music has awesome customer service. They called me in person to confirm that I wanted a catalog sent to my house. I've considered switching to them for my music gear.
Also...the vibes, xylophone or whatever that's called in the first part of the video...you guys covering John Mark McMillan's "How He Loves"? Sounds a lot like the slide guitar notes in that song...
Bwack: Every single time I have EVER ordered from M.F. with next day air because I actually needed something, oh gee, the next day, they have failed me. Even when I used Paypal last week for a hand drum head that was in stock (ordered Sunday night, no ship til Tuesday morning) they still didn't ship it til the 2nd business day.

Don't use Musicians' "Friend" anymore. Definitely go with Sweetwater! They're the best in the business. I do all my music supplies with them!
