READ THIS! i was having the same problem to i cant get in but im doing the numbers right. but notice the sound as you activate the vase things on your game it might have a different sound then the one on this video in order to active the hatch u have to do the numbers in order 1 time the hatch will not open. next do it again and u will have a different sound on all of the pestdales whatever then thhey will open hope this was helpfull

READ THIS COMMENT!!!!!you dont even need to do all the shity running around, wen on the boat, next to the sumberene (excuse the spelling) go north east, a bit more to the left on the compass and you will find a sewer pipe, go through it and there will be a secret door, you will find yourself in a long tube,keep running along and youl find another door, leadind to the room with the backwater rifle, dont use the termanil thogh it will trigger toxic gas to seap into the room, hope this was hwlpful
