Accounting for 467 total yards of offense in a National Championship game where you're the centerpiece of your offense is amazing. Imagine what kind of schemes USC must have had planned to contain VY... and he still broke out for an insane game, and capped off a huge drive with an 8 yard TD run on 4th and 5 with 19 seconds left in the game. No question he is #1

G-Mac probly did have the most clutch performance on the list, by definition, considering his team would have been eliminated had they not won every game in that tournament, and they were the underdogs by FAR in every game. He simply would not let his team lose. Vince Young might be the only more clutch performance since it was the championship game. But G-Mac is legend.
