Sorry Ben, i just hate preachy fundies, well i know hate is a strong word, but they get my ire up. I love the video and how you explain the earth being the physical incarnation of God. It is a beautiful video, and it definitely helps to relate to Deity better. It is a wonderful metaphor for the fact that deity is all around us, and most of us are too short sighted to see it, much like our fundie friends who want to inject Jesus everywhere. Christ's teachings were good but Krishna's are vibrant.
That being said, i am more into western esotericism, but i am very much drawn to the east. I think western and eastern spirituality share a lot of commonalities, and in fact, there are theories that a lot of western religions wouldn't be here without Hindu influence, etc. So, definitely, would love to see more. Something to consider... it is not Krishna's OR Jesus' teachings that are lacking but that their teachings have been distorted and misunderstood down through the ages. Oh and to clear up the misconceptions about ISKCON. It was created to help people attain Krsna Conciousness, it was not created for 'worshiping Satan' and none of it's ideals nor goals are based on Satanism.
ISKCON however has had some bad leaders over the years (Srila Prabhupada does not belong to this group) unfortunately. However, all religious groups have corrupt leaders as well as good leaders. It is not limited to the Hare Krishna movement, it applies to Christianity, Islam, etc.

Sorry Ben, i just hate preachy fundies, well i know hate is a strong word, but they get my ire up. I love the video and how you explain the earth being the physical incarnation of God. It is a beautiful video, and it definitely helps to relate to Deity better. It is a wonderful metaphor for the fact that deity is all around us, and most of us are too short sighted to see it, much like our fundie friends who want to inject Jesus everywhere. Christ's teachings were good but Krishna's are vibrant.

That being said, i am more into western esotericism, but i am very much drawn to the east. I think western and eastern spirituality share a lot of commonalities, and in fact, there are theories that a lot of western religions wouldn't be here without Hindu influence, etc. So, definitely, would love to see more. Something to consider... it is not Krishna's OR Jesus' teachings that are lacking but that their teachings have been distorted and misunderstood down through the ages. I have come to see that what Jesus actually taught and what people SAY He taught are quitedifferent. Plus Jesus&Krishna speek on many different levels. I would tend to agree, the teachings have been twisted and bent to conform to Man's lust for dominance over his fellow man. I believe everyone has divine potential, we're all "little gods in embryo", i guess you could say. It is about the evolution of the soul, and working towards divinity. But don't limit it to just Jesus and Krishna, there are many teachings that teach basically the same things. The Buddha taught transcendance as well, etc.

Addition to my comment- Jesus needed Judas to free him from his body says that God is a limited being, why is that so. God is Perfect in many ways possible. God told them not to eat of it and she eating from it is direct defiance of God which was a sin. Although I do have to add that Nazerians do not do certain things like eat meat, cut hair(of any sort),etc,etc. But Jesus did not and will not abolish the dietary laws God had set up. Also to make things clear, Jesus came to solely bring salvation to all people. His purpose was to bring forgiveness of the sins of men to God. He was the final blood offering. 2)Genesis 9:5 explains why they sacrifice. The sins they commit means death, so the death of the animal will be in place for their life. Notice the semicolon in the text. But in the second part of the verse it means if a man kills one man, then that mans life God will require it. And herpeton means 1-a reptile,creeping animal(mostly linked to snakes) . 2-4 legged animals or birds, marine animals also.

Christianity was founded by Jesus While your gnostic teachings where founded by gnostics in early second century. I don't Reject the God who was(God of old testament), is(Jesus), and is to be. By the way I want to know who wrote the Gospel of Eve, cause that is funny. Please answer. And if there is such a thing as being re-incarnated then why is the Original Old Testimate Bible state that there is such a thing.The Gnostic Gospels of Jesus's Infancy and Life from the lost years contradicts what Jesus stood for and contradicts Jesus as a loving God. And the God of the Old Testement evil,That's funny also.

I also have done some reason from one of the Gnostic gospels-Jesus said to his deciples that people will hide and alter his true words and when they bury it they will be found again and people will know his true words. I say it is false. God would not allow his words to be buried or hiden anyways. And the fact is all his words is to be read as one and is one. If the words are one then why are the so called true words buried and cut of from other true words.

I have therefore concluded that the Gospels like The Gospel of the Holy Twelve were false Gospels; 1st-because they were written no earlier than the second century,and 2nd-If they were made in the 2nd century (AD I might add) then these Gospels were not written by any of the Apostles or eye wittneses because most of the Apostles died in the late 1st century if not all. 3rd the 4 gospels were dated no later than 120 AD or 110 AD.
