That's good to know. Does anyone live near there or is anyone able to photograph it in its present use?? I am doing a report on this wonderful church for school and would like to include some photos of it in it's present use.

To octavegeigen: It may not sound the same to you but hey, to each his own. as long as they were happy with it and it fitted what they wanted, thats all that matters ! !

The new owners are an African American congregation called "Church of the Manifest Destiny"---

Yeah this church it the most beautiful one i've ever seen. The last that was known of it, it had been sold to an african church group. Does anyone know for sure what has been done with it??

I hope they are able to breath life into it again, in some form even a theater they dont make churches like this anymore nor that style. man that is a big reredos on the altar just like in europe.
