Why they are making a big deal that he can speak english fluently??? a lot of artists in Asia speaks english well but the only thing that I was impressed on "V" his voice and the way he carry himself....he is so coooool! @UnpracticalEmo don't know what you are hearing, but I don't hear this accent you speak of. I'm from nyc and I hear accents of all different varieties on a daily basis. Can always hear them and pick up when something sounds different. If he does have an accent, its minuscule to nonexistent. And no its not some biased speaking I'm not a big fan.
