Well, that wouldn't be the case of something wrong with the program but of course you need to change your animation to match the speed of the frames. Take more 'in-between-pictures' to smooth out the motions.
sadly enough, Microsoft PowerPoint. This was in my 'ancient' method of filming, so I wouldn't be able to recreate the same thing using stop-motion or any fx program available to me to add to a video file.

um... i just use stop motion on my phone whenever i press enter it stops filming so i can replace my lego guys. i wont need movie maker i dont think

How many frames per second did you use cuz I tried it on movie maker, but link ran so fast it wasn't even a 30 second movie.
