I grew up listening to Roy C. Every road trip from Philly to South Carolina to visit my grandmothers house was spent listening to his songs. I just realized that I know more of Roy C's music than anyother artist that I ever listened to. I literally stayed up all night browsing and listening to his music and realized that I know the the lyrics to 44 of his songs by heart.

Sure wished that Roy would have made it big. I grew up on R&B in Augusta and caught all the big shows at the "Bell" back in the 60's. None were better that Roy C. Can't believe it took this long for him to get some long overdue credit.
