It is true that the Greeks "stole" from the cultures that came before them. This is true of all cultures. Few qualities that make a culture a culture are completely unique to that culture. Almost all of a culture is based in some way off the cultures that came before them or that surround them. It is possible that great civilizations were helped along be extra-terrestrials, however, considering that the existence of extra-terrestrials have not be proven, the idea seems fishy.

Well I didn't know that you needed a piece of paper to say that you know something. In the end the scholars don't know shit-they are just taking educated guesses. They would tell you that themselves-history is not exact science.
