fuck the internet tabs, they're mostly wrong anyway. play with the song if you enjoy it and you'll eventually hear which chords don't sound right all the way. and get a chromatic tuner if your ear is not 'tuned' enough yet to tune it by ear. it's a great song and it's fun to play it.
Look man I think it's good, the only thing is that either you or Clapton is tuned half a step down. So you may be good at tuning but you are probably tuning to standard, not Eb. Otherwise good.
