ok I am going to do it but few questions.
1. Does ur iphone back up automaticly?
2. If so where on your computer is it saved?
3. If you restore your Iphone and when you connect it does it put the information automalictly?
4. If you brick your iphone can u unbrick it?
5. Is there a risk or possibility that i can break my iphone?

It backs up through itunes like a normal phone.
And you can always restore it to factory condition if something happens to not work. However that is rare that anything doesn't work correctly.

After you update to 2.1 yes. This doesn't work for older versions. You must be on firmware version 2.1
