but it is hard to find different kind of cicada in my garden . anyhow i can see these molting in early summer.

蝉にとって羽化は生涯をかけた大舞台ですね！

殻から完全抜け出した瞬間に大きな「変わり目」を感じました、、­、　精一杯生きる蝉の姿、そして抜け殻と死、、、　与えられた命とは？と改めて蝉に問いかけられた気がしました。

７年間土の中で暮らして、外に出て二週間ほどの短い命のようです­ね。　しかし、土の中から比べると眩しい二週間かもしれないですね。

very beautiful video.. as a child I always wore the empty shells on my clothes like a piece of jewelry... I would find the empty shells on trees.. Once one was still inside and scared me when it walked up onto my neck. It was very funny.  I had never seen one transforming..

Japanese children like cicada . some children　report these transforming for summer home work.

Some empty shells remain on trees in my garden.

Everyday they transforming in the early summer.

One cicada transformed yesterday too.

It's wonder and fun.
