That shows me how little you know about orchestral music. I use to play harp in an orchestra.You are going to teach me. HA. These days orchestras are tuning to the 440 and even sometimes above.In Netherlands, the oboe is tuning at A=441 or A=442. Also harpist go 1 Hertz higher than the orchestra's pitch, and the strings are playing a little bit higher. Harp at A=442. (Because it's better for the instrument)
In Germany tuning A=443 and higher! This is because the strings would sound better

If you tune from 528 using just intonation A=440, it's still a lot higher than it used to be, still more tension. If you tuned to 432 using just intonation there would be no 528!

Mozart and others started using just intonation because it sounded purer even though they also used other scales. I never said Mozart used 528Hz tuning. I said you can tune to 528Hz with Just intonation without a problem. And yes I do work with a wave genetics team. Nearly all classical composers and musicians (including Mozart) preferred to have instruments tuned to 432 (and sometimes even lower) rather than 444 (c=528) or 440 (international standard). There is a good reason for this, when a note is tuned higher it creates more tension. When it is tuned lower it is more relaxing and pleasurable to the ears.That is why classical music is so relaxing, because orchestras tune lower, never higher!!

I really don't think that it's the hearing of the music that they are talking about. I think it's the frequencies interacting with your proteins so the sound would probably have to be loud. Also, depending on the speed of sound in a medium (faster in more dense environment) the wavelength could be different for the same frequency, and according to things I have seen supposedly researched it would seem as though the wavelength is what would matter. Frequencies are set for standard pressure?

He was the first person to write it in notation because he was around at the time when people were singing it. If they really used 396 417 528 etc, the music would look very different. There would be sharps and flats which were not used back then.

@luscent3737 I meant orchestras tuned lower, I know they tune higher nowadays. I was under the impression that Mozart used meantone and well tempered tuning. If you tune from 528 using just intonation A=440, it's still a lot higher than it used to be, still more tension. If you tuned to 432 using just intonation there would be no 528!
Also you shouldn't tell lies about your "team" healing DNA with 528!

Mozart and others started using just intonation because it sounded purer even though they also used other scales. I never said Mozart used 528Hz tuning. I said you can tune to 528Hz with Just intonation without a problem. And yes I do work with a wave genetics team. For your information we have been working with modulation of lasers and sound including 528hz and other frequencies way before this Solfeggio stuff came about. I do agree that this guy really knows nothing but that doesn't discredit the power of these frequencies. They just have a very limited understanding. Our team has worked on modulating lasers with words and frequencies for regenerating cells and repairing dna. 528hz has indeed gotten remarkable effects. Little hint: These frequencies are not a scale. But if you take 528 and form a scale using just intonation, you form a scale that in purer harmony with amazing effects. Mozart used such a scale.

Nearly all classical composers and musicians (including Mozart) preferred to have instruments tuned to 432 (and sometimes even lower) rather than 444 (c=528) or 440 (international standard). There is a good reason for this, when a note is tuned higher it creates more tension. When it is tuned lower it is more relaxing and pleasurable to the ears.That is why classical music is so relaxing, because orchestras tune lower, never higher!!

I really don't think that it's the hearing of the music that they are talking about. I think it's the frequencies interacting with your proteins so the sound would probably have to be loud. Also, depending on the speed of sound in a medium (faster in more dense environment) the wavelength could be different for the same frequency, and according to things I have seen supposedly researched it would seem as though the wavelength is what would matter. Frequencies are set for standard pressure?

Since even-tempered Western tonality is a relatively (historically speaking) recent innovation, why would you think that the notes you played on piano are closer to the actual sound of the scale?
Though I have not seen a scale that overlaps, it does not appear to pose any problem since the dissonance is already established.

@OKandNOWwhat The music notation displayed in this video was written by Guido of Arezzo he knew what the hymn Ut Queant Laxis sounded like. He was the first person to write it in notation because he was around at the time when people were singing it. If they really used 396 417 528 etc, the music would look very different. There would be sharps and flats which were not used back then.
