I find it astounding that I navigated to this video from groupons site, and it has me thinking about quiting groupons all together.

Great story... a cautionary tale about marketing... clearly groupon is not for every business... it's funny how the groupon fanboyz are piling on this woman... probably groupon employees.

Finally, Groupon works well in only TWO situations; New loyal customers and up-selling. If you don't have the business structure for both or one, you're screwed.

I can't put my finger on it yet but there is a psych term for someone who laughs and giggles excessively, especially while retelling a negative story about themselves. Poets call it "Laughing at one's misfortunes", but I think something else is going on here, J.B. seems to covet a "come what may", or "it is what it is"attitude.

This interview is to difficult to understand, it is not worth the time lost trying to interpert the person being interview, while the interviewer manage to hog up the mic and come in very clear.
