It's more a financial, they would have to compile it to PS3 which would take more money and it wouldn't really be worth it because they would have a larger amount to break even.

But the Source Engine comes with a 360 compiler so it's simple.

Actually, those frozen zombies are not harmless. I was in a versus game as a survivor when ALL the zombies were frozen. These creepy frozen zombies will NOT BUDGE. This proved deadly when we were boomed, because this giant swarm of floating frozen zombies surrounded us. Our team got stuck by this body barricade and we got killed easily. The zombies don't block the special infected from attacking you, they just block you from moving.
