this is really good i used to go to this gynastics for 5years till they left and moved there gym. i only got to level 3 and when they moved i dropped out. they still have there gym its now in rosenburg but its very small.

She did great! She made a great recover after her squat-on, I loved how she didn't even stop, she just went on to a long hang pull over.

Also does she have any advice on a front hip circle?

Yes, that was really amazing! And on your front hip circle, rise up onto your thighs, and then look right in front of you. Stay straight until you are upside-down, then quickly pike your legs and hug the bar. I hope that helps!
